What are the transport links to the festival?
We strongly encourage all attendees to use public transport for easy access.
Nearest Stations (Northern Line):
- Mill Hill East – 20-minute walk | 5-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi
- Hendon Central – 25-minute walk | 7-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi
- Colindale – 30-minute walk | 7–10-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi
Buses: 113 | 221
There will be a dedicated drop-off and pick-up point, clearly signposted near the venue.
Please note: Road closures and traffic enforcement will be in operation.
Will there be parking available?
There is paid on-site festival parking available. We strongly recommend purchasing your parking ticket in advance to take advantage of the discounted rate and guarantee your space.
Parking will also be available on the day at an increased cost. Strict parking restrictions will be in place in the surrounding area, and vehicles parked illegally may be subject to fines or towing.
What are the festival timings?
- Event Time: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Last Entry: 7:00 PM (strictly enforced)
What is the re-entry policy?
There is a strict no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival grounds, you will not be allowed back in.
Are there age restrictions?
There is no minimum age requirement.
However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What forms of ID are accepted?
To purchase alcohol or where age verification is required, accepted ID includes:
- UK Driving Licence
- Valid Passport
- PASS hologram-approved proof of age card
What attractions and performances will be on the day?
Ghana Party in the Park is a cultural festival celebrating the very best of Ghanaian music, culture, food, fashion and community. While we feature an exciting lineup of performers, the festival is not centred around artist or headline act.
Your ticket provides access to a full day of entertainment and experiences, including:

Please note that the festival programme, performance times, artists, attractions and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
Tickets are sold for the overall Ghana Party in the Park experience and are not purchased solely to attend the performance of any individual artist.
Tickets purchased based on the expectation of seeing a specific artist are non refundable. Artist changes, scheduling changes or programme amendments will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. There will be:
- Authentic Ghanaian cuisine
- International food vendors
- Licensed bars
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except:
- Baby food & formula
- Food for children with allergies (checked at entry)
Are VIP tickets available?
Yes, VIP tickets are available and include:
- Exclusive premium areas
- Private bars
- VIP-only food stalls
- Dedicated VIP entry lane
Please note: VIP tickets are limited and subject to security regulations.
Cash / ATM Information
There will be no cash machines on-site.
Most vendors accept both cash and card, but we recommend bringing both where possible.
Water stations will be available.
Please note: We do not provide phone charging stations or power supplies.
Drug Policy
GPITP operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and illegal substances.
Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or weapons will be handed over to the authorities.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are permitted, except for registered assistance dogs.
What items are prohibited?
A strict “No Search, No Entry” policy applies. All attendees will be searched.
Prohibited items include:
- Weapons or bladed items
- Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics
- Drones or laser pointers
- Pressurised gas canisters
- Legal highs
- Illegal substances
- Glass containers (including perfume bottles)
- Large bags/backpacks
- Gazebos and tables
- Standard chairs (non-picnic chairs)
- Large umbrellas (e.g., golf umbrellas)
- Liquids over 100ml (including sealed drinks)
- Sun cream over 100ml
Permitted:
- Small bags
- Picnic mats
- Picnic chairs (not standard folding chairs)
Medication and medically required food must be accompanied by valid documentation.

The festival site is wheelchair accessible.
Disabled toilet facilities will be available.

Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Photography & Filming
By attending, you consent to your image, voice, or likeness being used for promotional and media purposes.

The festival takes place in a residential area. We kindly ask all attendees to:

- Dispose of waste responsibly
- Respect the local community
Anti-social or criminal behaviour will not be tolerated.

Teen Tickets
Teen Tickets (Ages 11 to 16)
Children aged 10 and under: Free entry
Teen Ticket (Ages 11 to 16): £20
Before purchasing a Teen Ticket, please ensure the ticket holder has a valid form of identification, such as a government issued ID or an Oyster card, as proof of age. This must be presented on arrival at the festival.
Important Information
* Teen Tickets are strictly valid for children aged 11 to 16 years only.
* Children aged 10 and under receive free entry but must be accompanied by a paying adult.
* All tickets must be collected from the Festival Ticket Box Office on the day of the event. Valid proof of age is required when collecting Teen Tickets.
* Age verification checks will be carried out by security and entrance staff.
* Entry may be refused if valid proof of age cannot be provided.
* All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over, even if they hold their own ticket.
* Each accompanying adult may supervise a maximum of four (4) guests under the age of 18.
* Guests under 18 who arrive without an accompanying adult will not be admitted, as this would be a breach of our Premises Licence conditions.
