We strongly encourage all attendees to use public transport for easy access.

Nearest Stations (Northern Line):

  • Mill Hill East – 20-minute walk | 5-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi
  • Hendon Central – 25-minute walk | 7-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi
  • Colindale – 30-minute walk | 7–10-minute Uber/Bolt/taxi

Buses: 113 | 221

There will be a dedicated drop-off and pick-up point, clearly signposted near the venue.

Please note: Road closures and traffic enforcement will be in operation.

There are limited paid parking spaces, which must be pre-booked in advance.

No additional parking will be available on the day.

Strict parking restrictions will apply in surrounding areas.

Vehicles parked illegally may face fines or towing.

  • Event Time: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Last Entry: 7:00 PM (strictly enforced)

There is a strict no re-entry policy. Once you leave the festival grounds, you will not be allowed back in.

There is no minimum age requirement.

However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

To purchase alcohol or where age verification is required, accepted ID includes:

  • UK Driving Licence
  • Valid Passport
  • PASS hologram-approved proof of age card

We don’t rely solely on headliners, before purchasing your tickets, please read through our disclaimer below.

The festival is NOT AN ARTIST headliner event or focused on artists. Purchasing your tickets based on headliner artist status will NOT be refundable.

Yes. There will be:

  • Authentic Ghanaian cuisine
  • International food vendors
  • Licensed bars

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except:

  • Baby food & formula
  • Food for children with allergies (checked at entry)

Yes, VIP tickets are available and include:

  • Exclusive premium areas
  • Private bars
  • VIP-only food stalls
  • Dedicated VIP entry lane

Please note: VIP tickets are limited and subject to security regulations.

 

There will be no cash machines on-site.

Most vendors accept both cash and card, but we recommend bringing both where possible.

Water stations will be available.

Please note: We do not provide phone charging stations or power supplies.

GPITP operates a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and illegal substances.

Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or weapons will be handed over to the authorities.

No pets are permitted, except for registered assistance dogs.

  • A strict “No Search, No Entry” policy applies. All attendees will be searched.

    Prohibited items include:

    • Weapons or bladed items
    • Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics
    • Drones or laser pointers
    • Pressurised gas canisters
    • Legal highs
    • Illegal substances
    • Glass containers (including perfume bottles)
    • Large bags/backpacks
    • Gazebos and tables
    • Standard chairs (non-picnic chairs)
    • Large umbrellas (e.g., golf umbrellas)
    • Liquids over 100ml (including sealed drinks)
    • Sun cream over 100ml

    Permitted:

    • Small bags
    • Picnic mats
    • Picnic chairs (not standard folding chairs)

    Medication and medically required food must be accompanied by valid documentation.

The festival site is wheelchair accessible.

Disabled toilet facilities will be available.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

By attending, you consent to your image, voice, or likeness being used for promotional and media purposes.

The festival takes place in a residential area. We kindly ask all attendees to:

Tickets (10years – 16years)
Before purchasing this ticket, please ensure you have a valid form of identification (government-issued ID or an Oyster card) as proof of age, which must be presented at the entrance on the festival day.

This ticket admits one teen aged between 10 and 16 years to Ghana Party in the Park 2026.

Please note:

· Tickets will only be available for collection on the event day from the ticket box office.

· Age verification checks will be carried out by entrance staff.

· Teen tickets are strictly valid for ages 10–16 only, and entry may be refused if valid proof of age is not provided.

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over, even if they hold their own ticket.

Each adult may supervise a maximum of four (4) under-18s.

Under-18s arriving without an accompanying adult will be refused entry, as this would breach our Premises Licence.

Child Age 0 to 9 years are free to enter the festival
